Processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive a further notification when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates and estimates for France (Monaco & Corsica included)

We offer 72-hour Colissimo delivery and a flat rate of :
- 5.9€ for postage and packing, letterbox delivery and for orders under 100€.
- 3.9€ for postage and packing, delivery to the post office, Pickup relays and Pickup Station lockers and for orders under 100€.
- free delivery for orders over €100.

Rates and estimates for delivery to Belgium, Luxembourg and Andorra

We offer a 72-hour Colissimo delivery service and a flat rate of:
- 7.9€ for shipping on orders under 200€.
- free delivery for all orders over 200€.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the total amount of the order minus the return shipping costs.

Should your order arrive damaged, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible to bonjour@bohobloom.fr with your order number and a photo of the item. We will deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
